Ingestion & Encryption
Information enters our VPC via TLS 1.3 protocol. We utilize AES-256 encryption for all data at rest.
Purpose-Bound Processing
Data is only accessed by certified BI consultants specifically assigned to your account. No cross-silo data sharing is permitted.
Scheduled Deletion
We adhere to a strict 7-year retention policy for financial data, while marketing inquiry data is purged after 18 months of inactivity.

Update obsolete corporate information or individual contact details to ensure reporting accuracy across your BI systems.
Withdrawal of Consent
You may revoke processing permissions at any time. Note that this may restrict access to ongoing client portals and automated KPI reporting pipelines.
